Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Note: During holidays or periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly extended.


Domestic Shipping (United States)

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states using USPS, FedEx, and UPS depending on the shipping option selected and destination.

Shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout based on package weight, your location, and selected shipping method.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package using the carrier’s website (e.g., USPS.com, FedEx.com, UPS.com, DHL.com) or via the link provided in the email.


Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to:

  • P.O. Boxes (for FedEx, UPS, DHL shipments)
  • APO/FPO/DPO addresses
  • U.S. Territories (unless noted otherwise)
