Healthy, beautiful and delicious Music Garlic for eating or planting.  

Culinary Size is any bulbs under 2”

Large Size is right around 2” or slightly above. 

Jumbo is 2.25” or above 

Biologically grown and selected for plant health, vigor and flavorful long storing bulbs at Silverbeet Farm in Kalamazoo MI, home farm of Wetterfrosch Farm Tools.     

Our large uniform bulbs and plump easy to peel cloves are full of the balanced garlic flavor Music is known for. They are highly prized by our market customers and growers alike. Music is a long storing variety, often usable and marketable until late May. 

Music is a hardneck variety and produces large tender scapes. Garlic Scapes are a wonderful addition to the early season market table and they store for many weeks in refrigeration.

We have been saving, selecting and regrowing this garlic for over a decade and our original seed stock was from a Certified Organic source.  
It is very well adapted to our cold Michigan winters and has performed well through the less consistent weather patterns of recent years.
Here on our home farm we have a heavier clay loam soil and our harvest is mostly large and jumbo size bulbs, it also sizes up very well in lighter soils. 
We work closely with a local soil food web consultant to help us create a healthy soil ecosystem and balanced nutrition plan. Our garlic has tested negative for garlic bloat nematode.
